DIRECTIONS FROM BIRMINGHAM
Take I-59/20 West from Birmingham, then Alabama Highway 5 South
at the West Blockton Exit.
After in Marion city limits on Hwy 5, look for Kalico Kitchen restaurant at the intersection of AL Hwy
5 and 14. Pass through this intersection and take the next street to the right, "Lafayette Street".
Pass Perry County Nursing Home (left) and side of Judson College (on left) to intersection of Lafayette
and Bibb Streets. Turn LEFT at this Bibb Street 4-way stop. Go 2 blocks on Bibb Street; turn RIGHT on DeKalb Street;
go 2 blocks to Washington Street. Turn LEFT on Washington Street (Barean Baptist Church will be on left corner).
Go 1 block to Clay Street which dead-ends into Washington.
Turn RIGHT on Clay Street.
Go 2 blocks to
4-way stop at CLAY and POLK Streets.
Turn LEFT ON POLK, which is along side of 301 Clay Street.
Go to the 2nd, right drive entrance which is at
The House Next Door B and B.
Park in the carport, directly ahead of the drive. Go in the back entrance with the handicap ramp.
DIRECTIONS FROM MONTGOMERY OR ATLANTA
When in Montgomery and coming from Atlanta on I-85, take I-65 South to the Selma (AL Highway 80 W)
exit.
Then on AL 80 W; go through Selma, staying on 80 W. Go about 11 miles to Perry County Road 45 North
to Marion. (County Road 45 will become Washington Street in Marion.)
In Marion on Washington Street, (Northbound), pass Marion Military Institute (left) and begin to look for
Kwik Way Foods on the right. Pass Kwik Way Foods, then take the 1st street to LEFT (CLAY STREET) at two-story antebellum home
w/ large magnolia in yard. Go 2 blocks to 4-way stop at Clay and Polk Streets.
Turn left on POLK, then 2nd drive on right at The House Next Door B and B.
